A partner, not a trainer

A Pro works out with you and keeps you going. Some Pros are also certified trainers and say so on their profile; PlusOne Pro does not check certifications.

Check with your gym

Many gyms need a guest pass for a visitor, and some do not allow outside trainers. Ask yours before you book.

Set hours, in public

Each booking is for agreed hours at the places in the plan, and it is paid through the app.

How it works

  1. 1Choose the eventA listing from the app, a table you picked, or your own plan with the place and the hours.
  2. 2Choose your ProSend the request. Your card is held, and charged only when the Pro accepts.
  3. 3Go togetherThe Pro's payout is released 24 hours after the booking ends, so it is held until it's over.

Three ways to book

Start from the person, the event, or let Pros come to you.

We are actively seeking Pros in Miami. Set your own rate and days, with no commission taken from it (only card processing comes out), and bring your own clients through your own link.

Common questions

Can a Pro train me?

Pros are booked as a workout partner, to go with you. A Pro who is also a certified trainer may say so on their profile, but PlusOne Pro does not check certifications or offer training programs. Check with a doctor before you start a new exercise routine.

Who pays for the gym or the class?

You do. The booking pays for the Pro's time. A guest pass, class fee or court fee is paid to the gym or studio.

What does it cost?

Each Pro sets their own hourly rate. You pay that rate plus a 15% platform fee on top.

When am I charged?

Your card is held when you send the request and charged only when the Pro accepts. More than a week before the event that is a 25% deposit; inside a week it is the full amount.

How do I know who I am booking?

A person on our team reviews every Pro's government ID before they can be booked.

Is it romantic?

No. A Pro is hired to go to an event with you, in public, for set hours. Conduct rules are explicit on both sides and every booking can be reported.
