PlusOne Pro Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the rules for how members and PlusOne Pros use the PlusOne Pro platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to follow these rules. Violations can result in warnings, account suspension, or permanent removal.

1. What PlusOne Pro Is

PlusOne Pro is a marketplace for booking professional companions for real-world events, professional services, and platonic shared experiences. Members hire PlusOne Pros to attend concerts, dinners, social events, fitness sessions, professional consultations, and similar activities.

PlusOne Pro is not a dating service. It is not an escort service. It is not a sex work platform. Bookings are professional, time-bounded engagements with explicit boundaries set by the Pro.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use PlusOne Pro, both as a member and as a Pro. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately, with all data deleted in line with our Privacy Policy, except as needed to comply with legal obligations, cooperate with law enforcement, and enforce our terms.

You must use your real legal name and accurate identifying information during account creation. Identity verification is available to Members and Pros; verified accounts display an ID Verified badge. Verification is not required to book or accept bookings, and does not guarantee anyone's identity or conduct.

3. Prohibited Activity

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or removal:

Romantic, sexual, or intimate solicitation. PlusOne Pro is platonic. Members may not request, suggest, or pressure Pros toward romantic, sexual, intimate, or escort-style engagements. Pros may not offer or imply such engagements.

Solicitation of off-platform sexual or romantic services, including through messaging, profile content, or in-person discussion during bookings.

Harassment, discrimination, threats, or hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, national origin, or any other protected category.

Stalking or unwanted persistent contact with another user, on or off the platform.

Fraud, including but not limited to: fake bookings, fabricated reviews, fake profile information, identity misrepresentation, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, and circumvention of platform fees through off-platform payments.

Impersonation of another person, business, or entity.

Illegal activity of any kind, including drug solicitation, weapons solicitation, illicit substance use during bookings, and any conduct that violates federal, state, or local law.

Solicitation of minors in any context. Discussion or facilitation of activity involving minors will be reported to law enforcement.

Spam, mass messaging, or automated bot behavior including scraping, unauthorized data collection, or use of the platform via automated tools.

Off-platform booking circumvention. All bookings and payments — first and subsequent — must go through the PlusOne Pro platform. Members and Pros may exchange contact information and stay in touch socially, but arranging or paying for engagements off-platform is prohibited.

Unauthorized recording. Audio or video recording of a Pro during a booking without their explicit, contemporaneous consent is prohibited. Photography for personal use is allowed only when consistent with the Pro's photo preferences as communicated in advance through the platform.

Sharing of another user's private information including phone numbers, addresses, financial details, photographs, or messages without their explicit permission.

Weapons or firearms during bookings, except for licensed security professionals operating in their professional capacity who have disclosed this in advance as communicated through the platform.

4. Booking Conduct

During an in-person booking, members and Pros must:

• Honor the agreed start and end times
• Honor the agreed location and event type
• Respect the Pro's boundaries as communicated in the Pro's profile or at booking
• Communicate clearly about logistics, expectations, and any in-the-moment changes
• Pay all agreed fees through the platform — no off-platform payments

Members or Pros who feel unsafe at any point may end the booking immediately and report through the panic button or post-booking report flow.

5. Off-Platform Contact

Members and Pros may exchange contact information by mutual agreement and stay in touch socially. However, all bookings and payments — first and subsequent — must go through the PlusOne Pro platform. Arranging or paying for engagements off-platform is prohibited and constitutes fraud under Section 3.

6. Reporting and Enforcement

Users can report violations through the in-app report flow or by emailing safety@plusonepro.app. PlusOne Pro prioritizes reports involving safety and reviews all reports as promptly as it can. We do not guarantee review within any specific timeframe.

PlusOne Pro may, in its sole discretion, take any of the following actions, in any order, with or without prior warning:

1. Warning: logged in your account file with a description of the issue and required corrective action.
2. Temporary suspension: 7 to 30 days, during which booking access is paused.
3. Permanent removal: account terminated, prohibited from creating new accounts under the same identity.

Severe violations — solicitation of minors, sexual solicitation, fraud, threats of violence — result in immediate permanent removal and may be reported to law enforcement.

7. Appeals

You may appeal an enforcement action by emailing appeals@plusonepro.app within 14 days of the decision. Appeals are reviewed in good faith, where practicable by a member of the PlusOne Pro team not involved in the original decision. PlusOne Pro's decision on appeal is final.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email; where required, continued use or re-acceptance will apply.
